How to Get Ready & What to Bring
Before your appointment, we’ll email you paperwork to make check-in easy. If you’re an auto accident patient, remember to bring your ID, claim number, and a police report if available. Dr. Oldershaw will assist with insurance forms, making the process smooth. Free parking is available right outside.
What to Expect
Exam, First Session, and Thoughtful Details
During your initial 45-minute appointment, you’ll receive a thorough consultation and specialized neurological, orthopedic, and digital postural exams. In most cases, you’ll also receive your first session on the same day; this may include gentle spinal or extremity adjustments, as well as therapies such as traction, ultrasound, electric stimulation, heat or cold therapy, or therapeutic exercises, all tailored to your specific needs.
Dr. Oldershaw ensures you go home with a welcome care package and an easy way to contact her, even outside the office.
Your Second Visit, Financials, and Ongoing Care
Your second appointment (about 30 minutes) includes a clear explanation of exam findings and a long-term care plan. Dr. Oldershaw will review costs and answer financial or insurance questions.
