Before your appointment, we’ll email you paperwork to make check-in easy. If you’re an auto accident patient, remember to bring your ID, claim number, and a police report if available. Dr. Bianca Oldershaw will assist with insurance forms, making the process smooth. Free parking is available right outside.
What to Expect
Exam, First Session, and Thoughtful Details
During your initial 45-minute appointment, you’ll receive a thorough consultation along with specialized neurological and orthopedic examinations. You will also receive your first treatment during this visit to help ensure a quicker and more effective recovery. Dr. Oldershaw takes extra time with patients during this initial visit to fully understand their condition and provide individualized, comprehensive care. Your treatment may include gentle spinal or extremity adjustments, as well as therapies such as traction, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, heat or cold therapy, or therapeutic exercises—all tailored to your specific needs.
Dr. Bianca Oldershaw ensures you go home with a welcome care package and an easy way to contact her, even outside the office.
Your Second Visit, Financials, and Ongoing Care
Your second appointment (about 30 minutes) includes a clear explanation of exam findings and a long-term care plan. Dr. Bianca Oldershaw will review costs and answer financial or insurance questions.
